Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how The Change Champions ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use thechangechampions.com, download our materials, or receive our emails. We keep what we collect to a minimum. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address and first name (optional) when you request the 7-Day Reset Starter Kit or another download.
- Newsletter preference: whether you ticked the box to receive our weekly letter.
- Messages you send us by email.
Please do not send us health information. We do not ask for it and our forms are not designed to hold it. The symptom check-in, quiz, "save" buttons, and comment boxes on the site run in your browser only; we do not receive or store your answers.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location (city/country), device and browser type, referring site, and similar usage data, using cookies. It does not run unless you click "Accept" on our cookie banner.
- Privacy-friendly traffic statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and performance without cookies and without identifying you.
- Technical and security logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, plus Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*, which last up to 2 years) only if you click "Accept". Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask again.
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer, or by clearing your browser cookies. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site, under contracts that limit how they may use it:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security, database (where sign-up details are stored), and cookie-free analytics.
- Google LLC: Google Analytics (only with your consent) and Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver the site's typefaces.
- unpkg / jsDelivr content networks: deliver open-source code libraries the site needs to run, and receive your IP address when doing so.
- An email service provider, if and when we send newsletters to people who opted in.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the website. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. How long we keep it
- Sign-up details: until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than 3 years after your last interaction with us.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Emails you send us: up to 2 years, unless needed longer for a legal reason.
- Security logs: kept by Cloudflare for short periods in line with its own policies.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe or change cookie settings), without affecting earlier processing;
- object to or restrict certain processing, and ask for your data in a portable format;
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither);
- not be discriminated against for using your rights.
To use any of these rights, email hello@thechangechampions.com. We will respond within the time required by law (usually within 30 or 45 days) and may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorised agent where the law allows.
US residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others) have the rights above as provided by those laws. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
UK and EEA residents can also complain to their data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), although we would appreciate the chance to help first.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the US and other countries. Where UK or EEA data protection law applies, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or standard contractual clauses used by our providers.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 13 for the purposes of the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Google Analytics only runs after you actively accept cookies. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing further to opt out of. We honour opt-out requests sent by email.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, if the changes are significant, we will let subscribers know by email.
